It seems like just yesterday that we originally opened the doors at Select Transmission & Automotive. We are proud to be one of the fastest growing transmission and automotive repair shops on the North East side of San Antonio. As the owner, it is my responsibility to continually ask myself "What makes us different from everyone else?" In continually asking that question, I am able to always make sure that when you deal with Select Transmission & Automotive you are able to expect service and quality that you don't expect when dealing with other repair shops. We pride ourselves in the level of service that we give to our customers. We pride ourselves on the quality of repairs that we send out the door. We do these things every single day. I expect everyone that works for me to perform that personal inventory on every project that they complete. While I have high expectations as the owner of the shop, I also understand that we are not - and cannot be perfect. Nobody is perfect in anything that they do. In accepting that, I can expect myself, and everyone that works for me, to embrace and learn from our mistakes. If we learn from a mistake and do everything that we can do to make sure that we fix it as quickly as humanly possible, it is ok to make them every once in a while. (By all means, I am not encouraging mistakes!)
